SCP-4105: "They Came from the River"

SCP-4105 is an event wherein a local University’s river suddenly runs backwards after a storm. Creatures made of water emerge from it, drowning civilians with their watery appendages.
This is a piece from my undergrad thesis, "Encyclopædia Securus, Contineo, Protegere," a scientific encyclopedia that visually depicts anomalous entities derived from The SCP Foundation web forum.
